All about Nolan

 Rob and Tara are wonderful pet owners.  They keep this little guy

groomed, vet checked, and also doing the obedience classes.  We had really hoped to be able to visit them this summer, but that will

have to be another time.  Nolan has a super great home.  He is our

first to become a Canadian citizen, now we have 3 all together.  :0)  (in Canada).

Zola and family in Pennsylvania

Now this little girl has an exciting life in PA.  I'm sure she

never imagined what an adventure her life would be.  I got to meet David in New York, he drove and met me there.  The pictures got deleted by accident - what a boo boo!  But it was so nice the way it all worked out.

It was good to hear from you too. We're so glad that you enjoyed your vacation.Zola is doing great she is getting along with all of her new friends. I plan on sending you some pictures of all of us but the only one who will not sit still long enough to get their picture taken is Zola but we're working on that.
This past Saturday we were filling up the kids pool and she jumped right in, didn't even think twice about it, it was pretty funny. The kids were so happy to get a puppy and we couldn't have asked for a better one. She is sleeping through the night and always lets us know when she has to go potty. She is very attached to Dave, I think that's because they had time to bond on the way home, but she loves us all and we love her very much.
We just wanted to say thank you again!!!  Look forward to getting some pictures real soon probably some time this week.

Hi Mary Ann!

I am sorry it took me so long to get back to you.
I am sending pictures of My Juliana at the very moment she saw Chuy for the first time, the blond lady is my friend it was one of the most precious moments i will never forget.
The love that this little guy has brought to our home we feel honored that he loves us too.

I take Chuy everywhere with me even to work everyone who sees him falls in love he is quite the lady killer, I have never seen a dog flirt before he definitely gets attention you would think he was a movie star.

He has the most awesome personality, he gets very playful at night , he really makes me laugh i haven't been this in "love" for a very long time.

Chuy sleeps throughout the day , we are having the normal challenges of potty training however he has gone outside he seems to be very smart We are using the kennel Or Room as we call it he has free play several times a day and when he does go to sleep he does not pee or poo poo in his room (den) which is next to my bed (just like a baby)

We already have had a play date with 8 year old peekapoo and a 4 year old Yorkie
the dogs are house dogs and are not around other dogs I thought it would be good
one day this week-end to play I am going to wait to take him to parks and the beach until he has all his shots however Chuy had been to at least 10 restaurants he likes this fancy carry bag it has vents and a zips up no one knows and he seems very content in the bag when we leave the restaurant i let him out to get water and that's when the mobs come, we always have to make a quick getaway I am tring to limit the number of people who hold him.

There has been alot people wanting to know where we got Chuy I brag about you and how wonderful you are there are alot of Fancy expensive pure breeds right now in California however I think we are going to start a new trend here in Lafayette because every where we go people say how they want one Just like Chuy. We definitely want another one.

I will be taking Chuy to the vet on sat.
I have so many questions I think I will try to call you this week.

I will definitely send more stories and and pictures, you are definitely one of the most nicest and kindest person i have ever met and I thank God for bringing you and your family into our lives.

Hi Mary Ann,
I just wanted to let you know Chuy is doing great and is adjusting well he is quite the night owl he loves to play a night he turns into a wild man he loves socks and feet.  He has been doing the funniest things like he crawls under the couch and barks or barks at our slippers He goes everywhere with me and my kids.  he is such a friendly dog he loves people!

He has been peeing and pooping on the mats and outside and he also has accidents too!   Do you have any tips on potty training?
he is very smart and is already learning games he definitely knows his name I love the way he cocks his head to one side when you are talking to him its like he is listening to you
everybody thinks he a stuffed toy the way my daughter holds him, we love him.  Alot of my friends want to know when will you have another litter?

"Hi Mary Ann, I was just going to let you know that Zebedee has adjusted just fine and doing very well. He is so beautiful. Sorry it has took so long to write you we have been very busy since he has got here. He has brought so much joy into our lives. I took him to my vet Wednesday he said that he is very healthy and doing fine. He now weighs 6 pounds. He just loves the children and is so good with them. He has also moved in the bed with me and my husband, snuggled up to me licking my face and nibbling my ears. I can not get over how precious he is thank you so much for letting him join our family. I have attached a few pictures i will send you more as i take them. thank you, Brandy "

 

 

"Hi Mary Ann I hope you and Grace have a wonderful trip. We are planning on takeing Zeb with us to Florida before school starts back and let him meet some more family. He loves all the attention he gets from new people he meets. It is so cute. We will send you some pictures from the beach. That is fine if you use the pictures on your website, actually the kids would probably like that. I am glad Zola found a good home, I new she would before to long. It was good to hear from you. We had a super nice visit with Rick and Kay.  It was so nice of them to take the time and expense to drive all the way here, but

we loved getting to visit and see Brenna become Domino.  She also has a new cocker friend.  Becky will have to help with the

details when she gets in.  :0)

Thanks for the pictures! Domino is doing very well. We stopped about every 1 ½ - 2 hours on the way home and she went to the bathroom on the grass every time. When we take her out, she always “goes” outside and we haven’t had an accident yet!

She chases Abby around the house but is too small to jump so Abby just gets on the couch to get away. I think Abby is getting used to her because she let Domino fall asleep next to her yesterday morning. She’s very playful and I think she’s pretty smart because already she’s fetching her toys when we throw them. She cries when either Rick or I leave the room and we have to kennel her at night so she doesn’t wreak havoc on our house, but overall she’s a great addition to our family.

I’m attaching a picture of Abby and Domino on the sofa yesterday morning. Sorry the photo is a little blurry but as you can see, Domino is definitely “right at home”!

Jasper and family.

 

It was so nice to meet Doug and Karie at a park in Springfield.

They live in Oklahoma, and made the drive to meet us.

Jasper is going to have a great home with them.

Doug has served in the Marines and National Guard.

We can all be thankful for the time many young men give to

our country and to us.

P.S. ~  As cute as this little puppy looks in the pictures, one of the first

things Karie said was, "Oh, he is cuter than in the pictures."  We hear

that all the time.  A puppy becomes real, when you get to hold them,

and feel their soft fur against your face.

 

"Hi Mary Ann,

I just wanted to let you know Jasper is doing great. We went to bed so late it was like midnight because we were playing & also dreading leaving him alone. At first we had him in the crate in the living room & had a puppy pad in another room. He was whimpering for a while & so we decided to put the puppy pad in the living room & let him roam around. I was just worried that since we hadn't seen him pee for at least 3 or 4 hours he had to use the bathroom so we gave into his little cry so he could roam around the living room. He didn't whine as much. He was so awesome today though because he actually used the puppy pad. He has had only 2 accidents so far. Our daughter got to meet Jasper for the first time this morning & already says she loves him so much. Another thing I wanted to tell you about is how you said he hardly eats & the bag of food should last two weeks- Well Doug & I were laughing because he ate so much in the truck & when I reached in the bag to get more & put it in the dish he kept plopping his head in the bag trying to get more. I told Doug we would be lucky if the bag lasted all the way home. I was just kidding obviously, but he is doing really well.

I want to thank you for being patient with my husband & I asking questions about Jasper. You can definitely tell by your website page & in person that your family truly cares for these animals, which made me more confident that my puppy was taken care of with love & in good health. I would like to add that Jasper's coat was very clean, no fleas, & ears looked clean with no mites when I picked him up. If I look into getting another shih tzu, I will definitely be spending my money at Hearthside to be sure I get a great puppy for my money! We'll send some pictures in the next few weeks.
